PISCES
Primary Flexible Fuel Pipes are designed for underground conveyance
of flammable liquids, including gasoline, alcohol, and gasoline-alcohol
blends. Primary Pipe is shipped on reels and is typically cut
to length on site for each piping run. PISCES™ female
swivel pipe couplings (PFC) are permanently swaged onto each
pipe end. The couplings mate with PISCES™ Tees (PFT),
Elbows (PFL) and Adaptor Fittings (PFA) to make the appropriate
connections to standard thread (NPT or BSPT) valves, pumps,
tank fittings, and dispenser risers.

The PISCES
Double Wall Access/Containment Pipe and PISCES AP UL listed
Access/Containment Pipe is used to provide retractable access
to, and containment of, PISCES Primary Pipes. AP30 provides
containment of SP15 and CP15 Primary Pipes; AP40 provides containment
of SP20 and CP20 Primary Pipes and dual runs of PISCES Fuel
Oil Pipes.

The PISCES
Flexible Vent and Vapor Piping System is designed to provide
a convenient means of venting underground storage tanks (USTs)
and returning vapors to the UST from vapor recovery dispensers.
Vent lines consist of PISCES 2" AP20 or 3" AP30 piping
connected between the extractor fitting in the UST and the vent
stack riser elbow. Vapor recovery lines consist of PISCES AP
piping connected between the tank and the outlet of the vapor
shear valve in the dispenser. PISCES non-metallic VPC vent line
couplings are used to adapt each end of the AP Piping to a female
threaded fitting. VPC Couplings thread directly into extractor
fittings and elbows. The AP pipe is then simply inserted into
the couplings and clamped in place.

Dispenser Sumps are installed beneath fuel dispensers to provide
access to, and secondary containment of, dispenser plumbing,
emergency shear valves, and underground piping connections.
PISCES Stabilizer Bar Kits are installed in PISCES Dispenser
Sumps to provide reliable support for boss-mounted emergency
shear valves.

PISCES
Wide-Access Dispenser Sumps feature a contractor-friendly, open-top
containment chamber for unrestricted access to the piping connections
during installation. The custom dispenser mounting frame is
installed after the plumbing is complete. Wide-access sumps
are ideal for multiple product dispensers with small footprints
as well as master, satellite, and combo dispensers in truck-stop
applications.

Special Application Sumps are installed below grade and provide
a convenient means of housing a multitude of underground piping
connections and equipment, including: valves, filters, meters
and pumps. The PSL-3830 Line Connection Sump has large horizontal
flats to accommodate multiple piping entries. The PSL-3630 Tall
Mini-Sump has long vertical flats to accommodate applications
with varying pipe entry heights, including the VacuRite Out-of-Tank
Check/Drain Valve. The PSL-2430 Short Mini-Sump is ideally suited
for retrofitting submersible pumps. Please contact us to determine
the correct model for your application.

PISCES
Multi-Purpose Above-Grade/Below-Grade Transition Sumps provide
a convenient means of housing the connections required when
transitioning from aboveground steel piping to non-metallic
PISCES underground piping. These sumps are also well-suited
for providing access to, and environmental protection and containment
of, underground valves, filters, meters, pumps, line connections,
and piping manifolds.

Bolted Flex-Flange Entry Fittings are installed in sump walls
to seal the entry of fuel pipes, conduits, and vapor pipes.
Bolted flange fittings require an entry hole to be cut and a
bolt pattern to be drilled in the sump wall for installation.

PISCES
Primary Pipe Fittings connect PISCES Primary Pipes to pumps,
valves, dispensers and tanks. A Female Swivel Pipe Coupling
(PFC) is permanently swaged onto each pipe end with a PISCES
Coupling Machine (CM). The couplings mate with PISCES Tees (PFT),
Elbows (PFL), and Adaptor Fittings (PFA) to make the appropriate
connections to standard thread (NPT or BSPT) valves, pumps,
tank fittings, and dispenser risers. Please call to ask about
OPW’s unique and newly designed S.S. Coupling, Elbow and
Tee now available to Canada!

Test Boots are used to isolate and air-test the interstitial
space between the primary and secondary pipe. One (1) Test Boot
is required for each pipe end. Separate Test Boots are not required
when using entry fittings with integral Test Boots.

PISCES
Sump mounting flanges are used to mount PISCES tank sumps to
4" and 6" underground storage tank bung fittings.
Flange top (FT) models provide added flexibility in positioning
of pump or extractor outlets. The riser or extractor is threaded
into the top flange. The top flange is then oriented and bolted
to the mounting flange. Extended body (E) models provide added
clearance at the top to prevent interference with tank or hold-down
straps.
