This pump
is available in 1/3, 3/4, 1 1/2, and 2 horsepower sizes manufactured
to the proper length as determined by the tank diameter, type
of tank, and bury depth. An optional variable length telescopic
feature can be provided such that the length of the pump is
field adjusted at the job site to fit the specific pump length
required. This variable length option shall be available in
three variable length ranges, referred to as VL1, VL2 &
VL3, where the VL2 model will fit 94% of all known installations.

This pump
is available with either 3 or 5 horsepower with 50 or 60 hertz
power. The FE Petro High Capacity Pump delivers efficient, reliable,
and quiet performance when high volumes or high speed deliveries
of gasoline or diesel fuel are required. Optional syphon assembly
is available so more than one tank can be used for each grade
of product.

Depending
on your peak business requirements, this pump is available in
2 HP or 4 HP models. 2 HP provides constant 10 GPM (38 LPM)
for up to 8 fueling positions operating simultaneously, 4 HP
for up to 12 positions. Based upon the size of your site, constant
flow means faster fueling times during those daily peak business
periods resulting in higher fuel sales.

The FE
Petro STP-MLD leak detector is a three position, pressure-sensing,
piston operated valve designed to continuously monitor the piping
by indicating any leakage in the piping between the discharge
and the submersible pump and the solenoid valve in a service
station dispenser. The MLD (blue in color) is designed for use
in gasoline and alcohol blends and 100% alcohol applications
using ridged pipe, or flexible pipe with low modulus of elasticity.
The MLD-D (light tan in color) is designed for use in diesel
fuel and kerosene applications. The MLD-E (gray in color) is
designed for use with some flexible piping systems with a high
modulus of elasticity. Capable of detecting line leaks equal
to 3 GPH at 10 psi.

The FE
Petro SCI Controllers provide "on demand" automatic
pump start of up to 16 submersible pumps manifolded to the same
discharge line. Master pump starts under low demand, and additional
pumps are started as needed as demand increases. Detects dry
run condition in empty tank and automatically shuts pump off.
Condition is indicated by an audible and visual alarm. The condition
automatically resets if tank is refilled. The SCI is compatible
with single phase STP’s 1/3 through 2HP.

The FE
Petro DHI prevents damage to dispenser relay boards caused by
cross-phasing by eliminating electrical feedback between dispenser
hook circuits during periods of maintenance and service. The
Dispenser Hook Isolation Box aids in troubleshooting dispenser
hook circuits because signals are isolated. Compatible with
any submersible pump controller.

Used in
conjunction with IST’s, the VFC will shut the pump off
after running for 60 minutes with no change in pumping activity,
enhancing accuracy of line leak detection. Will also allow operation
of multiple pumps in accordance with the flow demanded in the
station. In manifolded pump applications, on-demand “auto-start”
of additional pumps as station’s flow demand increases
and/or if abnormal operating condition occurs with one of the
pumps. Allows reporting of pump alarms to remote service providers,
reducing troubleshooting time and maintenance costs.
